COVID 19 DELAYS: Delays on orders may occur outside of the normal shipping time. USPS/UPS may delay items in shipment, if this happens it will say "arriving late" on the tracking and we cannot refund or reship because they will get delivered, just late. We are shipping as quickly as possible, but many of our manufacturers are experiencing delays. Some items, such as Door Hangers/Wood Cutouts, may take up to 4 weeks and may be shipped directly from the manufacturer. HOW DOES PRE-ORDER WORK? Sometimes we give you a chance to reserve your items before they are finished making and hit the shelves. With high demand on our special products things can sell out rather quickly. Pre-order allows you to purchase the item so when it is available, you are first in line to receive it and guaranteed to get it. Important: Pre-order products will ship to you once they are ready to ship. We state the estimated shipping time in the description of that product. Refund & Shipping Policy Due to the nature of our products, no refunds, exchanges or returns. All sales final. Thank you for understanding this. This keeps our product quality top notch so when you order paint & other supplies you are getting it fresh and directly from the storage facility, and it has not been pre-owned as we cannot account for how/where our products have been stored/what temperature, have been opened/unopened/contaminated/damaged & cannot resell them. Any questions regarding colors (need help deciding or have questions about shades), differences in our products (when to use what), how to use them, please contact us BEFORE you place your order. You may email us at Important: Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Please contact Funky Junque Boutique (FJB) at WITHIN 24 hours of receipt of damaged or defective shipments so we may take care of you. We will ask for you to take photos and provide your order number. Please double, triple check your orders before you hit submit. Due to the fast paced nature of our shipping warehouse we unfortunately cannot make admendments once your order has been submitted. We are unable to combine orders or add on items. Your order will be shipped as it was placed. If you would like to add on extra or new items, you will need to place a separate order. We ship to all USA States, we do not currently ship outside of the USA. During normal shipping outside the country be aware that buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs. Typically we have your order fulfilled (prepared) within 48-72 business hrs and it is then ready to be shipped to you. It will at that time be turned over to a shipping company. During sales, special product launches, etc, this general time period may increase by a few business days as we pack and ship orders in the order they arrive online. Please reasonably allow time for us to carefully pack your paint order during peak sales times. We ship USPS and UPS and will select the best means to get your package to you given day to day shipping circumstances. We reserve the right to ship either carrier in an effort to get your package to you the best way possible. Please note that some items will ship directly from the manufacturer; therefore, separate packages may arrive to you with separate tracking numbers, depending upon your collective purchase. Separate shipping charges may apply. Our packages all have tracking numbers issued, are GEO-tracked and (depending on order size) may require a signature upon delivery. Once your package is in the hands of USPS or UPS, delivery time is out of our control. You are given a tracking number to follow, which is sent to email address you provided at checkout. When you order online, the mailing service may indicate the general time period of shipping from our headquarters to your address given. The "shipping time" does not include the time it will take to fulfill your order. It is purely the carriers guess of how long it will be to arrive at your address once in their possession. This refers only to transit time of the package by USPS/UPS. It DOES NOT include packing/preparing time of the order by Funky Junque Boutique. Shipping companies are currently experiencing delays due to the global Covid-19 pandemic. Funky Junque Boutique is not responsible for these delays, we do not issue refunds due to carrier delays. Please follow your tracking number, your package is still coming but may arrive later than usual or anticipated. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure their shipping address is correct and up to date (including any mail forwarding services, etc). Funky Junque Boutique is not responsible for USPS/UPS failed delivery attempts. If a package is returned to FJB because of an incorrect/outdated/expired address provided by the buyer, FJB will refund the cost of items once they are returned, but not the shipping charges. Please understand these shipping monies have been paid to the shipping company to transport your order to the address you entered, which they have done/attempted. Shipping info is entered by the customer at checkout. Unless customer indicates otherwise, orders will be shipped to the address they entered through the online order process. Please double check your address entered prior to submitting an order and upon checkout. Any packages returned to Funky Junque Boutique due to an incorrect/wrong/expired address entered by buyer, will result in new shipping charges in order to cover cost for the package to be re-sent again through the mail system; this is the responsibility of the buyer. There will be no shipping cost refunds on missing packages or returned packages due to an incorrect address entered by buyer. You may discuss this matter further with USPS or UPS if you feel it was returned in error by them. ***If you live in an area with below freezing temperatures, make sure you are tracking your packages and bringing them inside promptly. We will not replace paint or liquid items for freezing.
